Privacy notice
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This notice explains how Sitekivo uses personal information when you browse our website or send an enquiry.
Who is responsible
Sitekivo is operated by Lovepreet Singh in Bristol, United Kingdom. For privacy questions or requests, contact lovesidhu.aal@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, business name if provided, selected service and project message. Our hosting provider also processes technical information such as IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure the website. We use a hashed form of your IP address as a short-lived rate-limit identifier to reduce repeated form submissions.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to answer your questions, prepare a quote and discuss requested services. Where you are asking about a contract with us, this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For other business enquiries and website security, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to correspondence and preventing misuse. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts and secures the website. Resend delivers enquiry emails, and Google Gmail stores the messages in our inbox. These providers process information to provide their services. We do not sell your information.
Providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, applicable transfer safeguards, such as approved contractual protections, apply under the relevant provider arrangements. See the privacy information from Cloudflare, Resend and Google.
How long we keep it
Our retention policy is to delete enquiries that do not become projects within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, unless we need them longer for an ongoing discussion or dispute. If you become a customer, we explain any additional record-keeping needs as part of the project. Provider security logs and backups follow the providers’ retention arrangements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive information you provided in a portable format. Contact us at the email address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Cookies and demo pages
We have not added advertising cookies or visitor analytics to this website. Hosting and security services may use necessary technical storage or cookies. The fictional cleaning demo creates a preview in your browser; its form does not send the details to us. Demo photographs are loaded from Unsplash, which receives connection information when those images load.
Updates
We will update this page if our services or the way we handle information changes.
